Fluid Recruiting is Oracle’s brand new user experience for Oracle Taleo Enterprise Recruiting, built on a modern HTML5 based platform. The user experience is modern, intuitive and mobile ready.

Fluid Recruiting is not an HTML rebuild of every capability delivered in the legacy Recruiting Center. Fluid Recruiting is a blend of functionality that supports core recruiting workflows, as well as new productivity improvements that improve recruiter efficiency. This means that certain capabilities in legacy Recruiting Center have been retired, in favor of delivering capabilities that improve efficiency and simplicity for recruiters ().

Fluid Recruiting will continue to be updated on a quarterly basis. In the upcoming quarters, customers can expect to see the following capabilities. Note all future looking capabilities are under Safe Harbor.
As mentioned above, Fluid Recruiting is a feature-for-feature rebuild of Legacy Recruiting. While the vast, vast majority of capabilities have been brought over from Legacy Recruiting into Fluid Recruiting, others are not planned. This is for two reasons (a) To create more development bandwidth for the many improvements in Fluid Recruiting, and (b) Decluttering the experience to meet the goals of reduced cognitive load and recruiter efficiency.
Instead of focusing on individual points of what may be different or not present from Legacy Recruiting, customers are encouraged to evaluate Fluid Recruiting as an overall experience compared to Legacy Recruiting. Based on the many, many improvements that are part of Fluid Recruiting and the feedback of hundreds of customers’ experience, Oracle is extremely confident that Fluid Recruiting is an overall better and more efficient experience.
